What should I do if I have questions regarding PageCloud?
PageCloud Answers was created based on questions and feedback sent in by our customers. This means that the majority of questions you have can be easily searched directly on our Answers Page. You can expect to find simple, accurate solutions.
You can also do a Google search (using relevant keywords + PageCloud) which will often bring up a link to the answer you are looking for. For example, “How to set up a custom domain on PageCloud" will lead you here: https://answers.pagecloud.com/help/using-your-custom-domain.
What should I do if I can’t solve my problem at PageCloud Answers?
For any other questions, we encourage you to reach out to the CX specialists on our support team, who will be happy to help. You can find a live chat with us in the support tab of the PageCloud app on the bottom right, or you can simply send us your questions by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why did PageCloud create Forums in the beginning?
When PageCloud launched, three things pushed us to create PageCloud Forums:
- We had a very small team at the time
- We strive to offer a high level of customer service
- We had a record setting pre-sale campaign
We felt like the public forums would allow users to help each other out and it was a channel for us to answer questions publicly, which drastically reduced the stress on the small CX support team we had in 2015.
Why did PageCloud close Forums?
Once we grew the size of our CX support team, we created PageCloud Answers. This fully searchable knowledge base has become the official resource for everything related to PageCloud.
First we merged all of the information from PageCloud Forums into PageCloud Answers. Then we decided that to maintain consistency and efficiency, shutting down PageCloud Forums to focus on PageCloud Answers made the most sense for our customers.
