Customer Experience Specialist

Customer experience is often touted as the top priority of businesses, but rarely does this written statement live in their actions. Our product focuses on user experience, and our customers make up our user base.  As a young and growing company, we listen to and learn from our users, and the front line communications with them make the difference for both our progress and their delight. For this reason and more, our Customer Experience team is a highly valued, critical piece of our daily operations.

At PageCloud, a Customer Experience Specialist will:

  • Own the customer experience
  • Be the customer advocate within PageCloud
  • Feel the customer’s pain and seek to remedy it
  • Thrill at the customer’s positive response and strive to continue to deliver exceptional customer (support) experiences

Roles & Responsibilities

Being an active participant in getting PageCloud out in front of our customers.

Anticipating customer needs by engaging in two-way communication through multiple channels (eg. surveys, in-product monitoring, user help forum, product change announcements, etc.)

Providing the learning and support resources before they are needed, evolving our suite of learning materials (tutorial videos, support pages, etc)

Maximizing customer delight though an excellent blend of personal touch and automation to get exactly the right information to the right person in a timely manner

Identifying and eliminating roadblocks getting between our customers and a delightful experience with both our products and our company

Hatching  workarounds, then working with our dev team to adjust the product to eliminate the workaround cleanly, keeping the customer in the loop all the while

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in customer relations or experience, preferably within an in-person environment

Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person communication skills

Experience working with or selling consumer products that require guidance or training for use

Passion for creative problem solving and development of innovative solutions
