October's updates bring your own brand fonts to Pagecloud AI, a first draft that takes more of your business into account, and a smoother handoff between chat and hands-on editing.

Bring your own fonts

You can now upload custom fonts to use on your Pagecloud AI site. Already have fonts picked out for your business? Use them for your headings and body text, so your website feels like the rest of your brand.

Custom-font uploads support WOFF and WOFF2 files. Once your fonts are uploaded, you can ask Pagecloud AI to apply them to your site.

A first draft built around the inquiries you want

If your website's job is to bring in inquiries, Pagecloud AI now asks what makes an inquiry a good fit for your business. You can share the details that matter, or skip the question if you're not sure yet.

Those details help guide the calls to action and form questions in your first draft. And if you've already supplied the wording for your main button, Pagecloud AI uses your words.

For example, a renovation company might want visitors to request an estimate rather than book a call. Tell Pagecloud AI what you want people to do, and give it the button text you'd like to use.

Pick up where you left off

Opening an existing AI site from your dashboard now brings you back to your latest active editing conversation, when one is available, instead of starting a fresh one each time.

Step away, come back, and carry on with the conversation you were already having.

Ask a question, or ask for a change

Sometimes you want advice before you change anything. We've improved how Pagecloud AI distinguishes a question about your site from a request to edit it.

Ask "What font is this?" or "Should this button say Book or Reserve?" to discuss what you have. When you're ready for a change, say what you'd like the result to be.

A smoother handoff between you and AI

Prefer to adjust something yourself, then ask Pagecloud AI for the next change? We've improved how it takes your recent hands-on edits into account, so it can work from the changes you've just made.

Replacing an image is clearer too: the new photo appears in the preview right away, and saved image adjustments repaint more reliably. You don't have to keep looking at the old photo while you work.

Explore the image tools for more ways to shape your photos.

Duplicated pages start as drafts

A copy of a live page now starts as a draft, rather than inheriting the original's published state. That gives you room to change its copy, images and details before making it public.

It's useful when you're creating a second service page from a layout you already like. Duplicate it, make it your own, then publish when it's ready.

A few more fixes you'll notice

  • Fixed a blank responsive preview in Safari.
  • Added retries and a Retry button when the Theme panel has trouble loading.
  • AI-edited images now keep a name based on the original, making them easier to recognize.
  • Fixed analytics table links that could show an empty result when you clicked through to filter your data.
